A funnel is a sequence of 2 to 10 steps that represent the path you expect visitors to follow. Each step matches either a pageview pathname (like /pricing) or a custom event name (like signup-completed).

GhostlyX counts how many visitors completed each step and calculates the drop-off between consecutive steps. The conversion rate is always relative to step one, so you get a clear overall funnel conversion rate alongside step-by-step drop-off percentages.
